Prediction

I predict that Roy finds out who the running boy is, and finds out that he pulled up the construction stakes to save the owls that live in the construction site. But, I think Curly fixes the site up then Roy and the running boy destroy the site again and again until Curly gives up. Then, the owls will be saved.
